When an order is merged on Linnworks currently replyco shows the original single order with no information and *** instead of showing the parent order it has been merged into with all the details and tracking information. It would be great if replyco could automatically check the audit trail and link this up and show it's a merged order and the correct info to save hunting for it.

As per the title, allow marking tickets as "No response needed" As to avoid penalty by the channel for now responding to certain messages / spam.

Please add Mercado Libre so that it can be integrated with ReplyCo; there is a huge market in Latin America for software like yours. I will be tracking, thank you.

Currently, the tags do not work when creating a new ticket.

More options to use as references while assigning orders to a ticket, such as customer name, customer e-mail, tracking number.

Currently, we can cancel/refund/return an order directly inside a ticket. The suggestion is to display the cancellation process options directly on the order panel so that you can quickly accept or reject an eBay order cancellation request.

At this moment we have the #linnworks_order_id# tag, but it would be great to add some more tags related to Linnworks, like #linnworks_secondary_reference#.
