We are using a repricer tool that connects to onbuy. Why cant ReplyCo connect to there API?

Good morning everyone.

It appears that OnBuy still do not have their API ready for external communication. We are monitoring it and will add OnBuy integration right away after they will update their API.

Can we have an update for this intergration? If just the messages can be intergrated that would be brilliant.

This would be a great help as this marketplace is the only one left for us whereby we have to log into their website to view emails and respond through their own website, all other emails are through replyco. Rajanis

Hi, do we have an ETA for this feature? I was marked as in progress in December 2020

Hi Nathan, OnBuy.com's API doesn't support messages at the moment. We're waiting for them to add those requests so we can complete the integration. No ETA has been provided by OnBuy.com team.

Dominic Rannie: Hi Dominic, they haven't updated their API since May 2021. Their API still doesn't support messages and as such we're not able to complete the integration.
