Despatch Cloud is a great multichannel order management software. Being able to go to order details straight from a message would appreciated. Any further functionality such as notes etc would be a bonus.

We also use Despatch Cloud, would love for SKU information to be pulled. If an order is refunded can change the order status on DC to refunded. 
Also information about who it was picked, packed by and the date. 
As much information as possible would be great.
We are willing to pay some amount to this integration.
