Stuart Cameron: The key functionality would be to marry tickets with order information from Channel Advisor. By having two reference points (e.g. marketplace and order management software), matching rate % greatly improves. Other features that are being considered are notes, abilthe ity to see which orders have outstanding tickets inside Channel Advisor, etc. Hope it helps.
