Some tickets may be high priority and important. A feature to Star messages and display them at the top (like the gmail feature) to show they need attention of.

Additional suggestion:

To be able to "star" certain customers, so tickets related to them would be starred automatically, unless you unstar a customer.

It would be great if there was an option that could be selected that would ping you an email if somebody replies to a ticket that you want to treat as a priority.
