Sending delay for all messages [by default]

The current Sending delay feature is great. But there should be a setting where you can choose 'x' minutes delay where you can enable to send on all messages. Practically, if you have 100's tickets to reply to, you'd just want to click the 'Send' button with the delay activated, rather than selecting the arrow then choosing the time, then pressing send.

We are glad to let you know that each user is now able to set up a delay-by-default time when sending the messages.
This setting can be found at Account Settings => Settings. Please check the first screenshot below.
Once delayed, users are always able to cancel the message sending. Please check the second screenshot below.
We received many requests about the "Undo" button, like in Gmail. Now it is much better, isn't it? =)
