Saved return labels to be available within normal tickets (just like they're available for eBay returns)

Use case:

Sellers get direct website purchases and Amazon sales that will require the direct attachment shipping labels. Since these labels are already stored in Replyco, it would be super helpful for sellers to be able to choose them directly from the tickets list.
