Currently, once you enter the ticket, there is no opportunity to understand what integration this ticket is related to. It is only visible if any order is attached to the ticket and if this field is activated.
Suggestion is - to move the integration name outside of the Order Details section, so it could be visible even if there is no order attached to the ticket.

This has now been implemented. The name of an integration can be found under the Ticket's Subject when you are inside of a ticket.
