- Customizable pre-chat entry fields (Phone number, Order number etc.)
- Customizable pre-chat bubbles
- Customizable actions (Popup message for x amount of time on site, if pre-chat bubble is clicked display this next message and bubbles etc.)
- Pre-Chat labels (if customer clicks a "Service" pre-chat bubble, that is then assigned to agents with that label permission, basically, chat departments)
- Ability to create a ticket for the current client/chat and then notify the client/chat in the LiveChat of the ticket creation
- Show status of customer (still on site/offline and current/previously viewed pages)
- If customer is offline, send current message to their email with a transcript
- Ability to contact customer on Facebook or WhatsApp (If customer is offline, send future correspondence via those channels, or select which channel your response will be sent to)
- Live refreshing of incoming chats
- First agent to respond to a chat is assigned that chat in "My Chats"
- Ability for clients and agents to paste images that get embedded - without having to attach it

Can we have the ability to let the customers chat with us via WhatsApp? I have seen other companies intergate WhatsApp as the main chat feature which is very useful to us as a business.
