In line system message displayed in place of entire auto-response

Currently message threads are made more complicated by needing to read past out of office and other auto-respond messages. Since these are canned messages, their contents does not need to be displayed in full each time, rather an inline notification that this message has been sent with a date stamp, in exactly the same way you can see when a rule is applied or a user has viewed the ticket, would be far cleaner.

Dear Customers,
This has now been implemented. All ARs now look like an in-ticket event. Once the "Show" button is clicked, it will expand into a regular message. Please check the screenshot below.

Herman Nefedov: I don't think this has been implemented as Dominic Rannie suggested. It should show it was a system notification like the 'Order added' rather than a message itself.

Nilesh Vagadia: Thanks a lot for clarifying. At this point, we are not sure if it is possible to implement exactly as Dominic Rannie suggested. At least it is not as easy as it looks. The thing is - the auto-response is actually a real message, just like manual outcoming messages from users.
I will leave this request open until it gathers more votes.

I agree, first message read when opening a ticket is not the customer's message, which takes many seconds to open but the out of office replies.

Totally agree with this, auto responses should be suppressed and a time stamp would be plenty detail enough in the thread.
