Draft Replies

It's common for colleagues to get interrupted when writing replies to customer messages. Sometimes they need to answer the phone, investigate tracking with a courier or deal with an issue elsewhere. When they have started to write the reply this is lost when they return to Replyco. Therefore the ability to save a draft reply and flag this as being dealt with would be really helpful

We are currently using eDesk, so would be moving from that platform if we switched. If you exit a message while composing it, the draft is automatically there when you return. This would be the best solution, meaning that you don't need remember to click a "save" button, something that can be missed when working fast or something crashes.

Dominic Rannie: 100% agree with your suggestion. This should be auto-saved in case of disconnect or crash.
