Add the ability to use custom tags, (similar to edesks snippets) to pull in the replacement text. For example, select #thank# to insert “Thank you for contacting us”, which would save a lot of typing and ensure that messages have a consistent tone and phrasing. Additionally, to be able to use Tags to share a link on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or LinkedIn etc

Yes and the #'s should work predictively so you don't have to write the full tag. e.g #th would auto suggest #thanks#

Absolutely agree, the snippets was one of the best features of Edesk and saved SO much time when writing responses that are outside the bounds of standard templates to pull in common sentences or paragraphs.
