BUG: When a ebay case contains -> : the rest of the message gets truncated and whatever is after : gets shown. I need to go to the case in ebay to see the full message.

Hi Nilesh Vagadia. After number of attempts we couldn't replicate this issue. Is is possible this was one off problem?
