Thank you for your requests.
Replyco is already capable of running the scenario you described.
To do this, please set up an auto-response rule that is delayed for example to 23 hours 55 minutes and is triggered to every incoming message. Kindly refer to the screenshot below.
After the Auto-response is scheduled, you can always see that inside of a ticket and cancel it anytime right before (or after) your manual response. Please check the second screenshot as a reference.
