Defiantly required to stay ahead of competition. With the advancement in Ai it is now a necessity to have more automated and intuitive chat functions for Customers.

Completely agree, replyco is great but we are already looking for solutions with AI integrated hopefully replyco can stay with the times and integrate it so we don't have to move.

This would be great. I'd love to see a button that could generate an AI suggested response. If you liked it, you could just click send and really whizz through the messages.

Actually, as much as we love ReplyCo, we have updated our to-do list for this year by adding the task of finding an additional Customer Service solution or feature that would utilise AI (for automated chat, for the start) and reduce our work load at least a bit. Not in lieu of ReplyCo, no worries - more as an add-on. However, if you Guys can integrate some AI-driven logic in ReplyCo, we'll be delighted! ReplyCo would be a true one-stop-shop for Customer Service, covering all our needs again.
