I would suggest if it's possible to retain the filters and sort order of the list you are in when you select a ticket. What do you think?

We're struggling to decide on how to make this functionality work when filters and sorting (e.g. sort by SLA, sort by date) are used. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Yes please! It just slows down your work having to go back to the 'not resolved' page after every resolved ticket.

I'd second this one as it would save a lot of time going between the list view
