Currently, I can see around 3 conversation messages per ticket at a moment on the screen.
This requires me to scroll a lot when I reading my message stream.
I am proposing gaps to be smaller so that more messages can be read in a go.

Thanks for the update Alex Mazurov. There are nice improvements, however, I feel there are still a lot of unnecessary gaps/padding which prevents more messages to be seen on the screen at once.
Here is an example. I know its a stretch but if the padding can be reduced, the message boxes can be expanded fit the full text and will be more content/messages on the screen so less scrolling and clicking. Plus the notification can be on one line rather than 3 lines and boxed.
Also, why is it that I need to click on the arrow for the extra options to appear? There is already a gap for it so it can stay static.

Nilesh Vagadia: Hi Nilesh, no updates yet. This is not to say that we're not looking at improving this screen, it's just there are some technological challenges associated with these improvements which we need to tackle first. We will keep you posted on the progress.
