Editing and scrolling through text in a reply is almost impossible (iOS).
In most cases, opening the app by clicking on a notification will result in a black page. It is then necessary to restart the app and open the ticket manually (iOS).
The number of tickets in "Smart Filters" is not updated or an update/reload button is missing. To refresh the view, it is necessary to close and restart the application (iOS).
Pictures and other non-text elements are missing from WhatsApp messages (iOS).

Message needs to mark as read/Resolved when replied to
Replies not conditioned to specific eBay shop and shows all replies in the list.
