Fix Cell Phone Interface

The cell phone interface requires much more refinement, including notification dot and push notifications.

Buttons are two small at the top of the screen, dashboard items unclickable and refresh screen notification is a hack and very poor.

Message needs to mark as read/Resolved when replied to
Replies not conditioned to specific eBay shop and shows all replies in the list.
Text not aligned on right hand side and is missing the end of the words on some messages in text view
Needs to refresh after resolving
No translate option
No cases option 
No tracking numbers
been asking for these and more for years but no solution.
