Dear Users,
This is already implemented.
When you are inside of a ticket, you may find the Item Details on your left, below the Order Details Section.
If we are talking about buyers' questions about items and not about order inquiries, then just switch to the Related Products mode to see an item your customer is referring to.

I believe this is already implemented with eBay and Amazon listings as clickable links (if customer has ordered), however if the customer has not ordered, it will not show the correct/any listings the customer is referring to.
