At this moment in time the Not Resolved ticket folder is a default folder after logging in.
Please note that we now also have the Smart Filters (https://roadmap.replyco.com/feature-requests/p/custom-filters) functionality which allows you to create your own filter presets for your users.

yes. this would be great. If I may go even further, would love to have "not resolved" set as default for label view as well since we are heavily reliant on labels/folders.
