Dear Voters,
Currently, we have a Snooze button that allows to postpone any ticket(s) and once the time is expired, you will receive a notification about that. Once clicked, you will be redirected into that ticket.
This could be combined with the Notes functionality, so you can write down what should be done with this ticket when vist it again.
